HANA DB Alerting Availability - Critical State

Hello,

I created a trial instance on SAP HANA Cloud Plattform.

Now the "HANA DB Alerting Availability" is marked as critical.

I also receive an error when trying to fetch the "Catalog" objects in HANA Studio:

Could not fetch catalog objects

SAP DBTech JDBC [3587]: invalid protoicol or service shutdown during distributed query execution: [2613] executor: communication problem

Does anyone have a solution?
