Failed to open a HCP PROD DB tunnel

Hi,

     I uses a HCP for deployment of my web application which uses HCP MaxDB. Its a PROD account.

I try opening a tunnel so that i can connect to DB and the records present over there. But it fails.

Mytrial account works fine, this issue only arrive with the PROD account.

Any thing, i have to do addiotonally w.r.t proxy?

Trial account script i am using like below, prod uses a smilar script with only change in account information

neo open-db-tunnel -h hanatrial.ondemand.com -u i305488 -a i305488trial --id i305488trial.fkompassporttes.web
