HANA XS engine failure

Hi,

I am unable to login to my hana account using hana studio since yesterday.

I have checked today that my hana xs instance is in critical state.

Error is JMX CRITICAL - Status.details = CRITICAL Internal Error: Hana XS server request failure: HEAD https://vadbjn5.nwtrial.od.sap.biz:8041 HTTP/1.1: The target server failed to respond
