Cannot create instance in my trial account

Creating New Trial Instance I've got the error message:

Unable to create trial instance 'mydevinstance': Internal Server Error (500) - Unexpected exception in createSchema() called with account 'p1941240503trial', schema 'mydevinstance', DB Type 'hanaxs', DB Version '1.00.85.00.397590', and DB Server 'null'

My Account ID is : p1941240503trial

Can anybody please help me
