SAP Hana Cloud Runtime Environment is not coming while setting up eclipse IDE for HCP

Hi SAP HANA Cloud Team

I am configuring the Eclipse IDE (Kepler) with SAP HANA cloud platform tool. For that I have to set the run time environment as showed in the Hana Academy video.

I have also followed the steps that is mentioned in the below links:

But I am not getting the exact solution for this.

Please look into this issue and please let us know the effects of not having this while developing the servlet application which will consume the views in sap hana.
