Cannot launch XS App using HANA Trial(instance on s9hanaxs server)

Hello, experts,

I created XS application on HANA Cloud portal trial last week.

It worked perfect on that time, but it cannot be connected today.

The application URL is as below.

https://s9hanaxs.hanatrial.ondemand.com/p1941409450trial/test01/hihanaxs

Also, the following URL is unconnectable today.

https://s9hanaxs.hanatrial.ondemand.com/

HCP cockpit shows red "critical" in HANA XS Availability. Detail message is as below.

"JMX CRITICAL - Status.details = CRITICAL Internal Error: Hana XS server JWE request failure: HEAD https://vadbjwe.nwtrial.od.sap.biz:8041 HTTP/1.1: peer not authenticated""
