Subscriptions - "Error Retrieving Data"

Hi,

I logged in to SAP HANA Cloud Platform Cockpit. However, Subscriptions is not working for me. It says "Error Retrieving Data" on the home page. And, when I click on Subscriptions from the left hand side, I get "Error reading application subscriptions" under Subscribed HTML5 applications. How do I add new subscriptions?
