Problem sap trial certificate

Hello

Got this error when trying to delete an instance:

Unable to delete trial instance 'hihanaxs': Bad Request (400) - Error deleting DB user NEO_F3M7AT5OT9JDDMT0IBR21XZWY on DB instance Sid='JWE' , Url='jdbc:sap://vadbjwe.nwtrial.od.sap.biz:30015/': Could not remove certificate: Could not delete Certificate due to an internal error (Failed certificate removal for host  [vadbjwe.nwtrial.od.sap.biz account[p1941480026trial package[hihanaxs]) and had problems checking if certificate exists (Dispatching Error)

Created new account and got this error when tryed to créate a new instance:
