HANA Trial Instance is not available

Hi,

HANA instance of the trial account shows Critical status. HANA XS availability shows as Critical in the Monitoring tool.

Error: JMX CRITICAL - Status.details = CRITICAL Hana XS server JWE request failure: HEAD https://vadbjwe.nwtrial.od.sap.biz:8041 HTTP/1.1 returned HTTP/1.0 500 Dispatching Error

Can some one from SAP check this?
