HANA XS Availability Critical

Hello,

since yesterday I am unable to access my services on Hana trial account.

Following error is displayed in monitoring page of cockpit :

JMX CRITICAL - Status.details = CRITICAL Internal Error: Hana XS server JWE request failure: HEAD https://vadbjwe.nwtrial.od.sap.biz:8041 HTTP/1.1: peer not authenticated

A collegue as the same problem (also since yesterday) on is account https://s9hanaxs.hanatrial.ondemand.com/p1941291365trial

Could you please explain me how to restart our server instances ?
