Unable to work with HANA instance in HCP trial account

Hi,

I am getting a critical status for my HANA instance in HCP trial account. When I try to delete the instance, I get this error:

Unable to delete trial instance 'db1': Bad Request (400) - Error deleting DB user NEO_C2F6VD8BAH6OQ473ZEAU5WKQF on DB instance Sid='JW5' , Url='jdbc:sap://vadbjw5.nwtrial.od.sap.biz:30015/': Could not remove certificate: Could not delete Certificate due to an internal error (Failed certificate removal for host [vadbjw5.nwtrial.od.sap.biz account[i045236trial package[db1]) and had problems checking if certificate exists (peer not authenticated)

Also I am not able to open the Web based development environment. Can someone help to fix this?
