Hana Cloud Integration: How do I request authorization to access it?

I need a login for Hana Cloud Integration (HCI) for some development and testing that I have to do with HCI. How do I submit a request for this access for HCI? I submitted a ITDirect request and specified HCI as the system-id. The ticket came back to me with the complaint that HCI was an invalid system-id.
