HCPms admin cockpit error - new instance, just activated

Dear experts,

We are working with a new HCP Productive instance and we are unable to work with the HCP mobile service admin cockpit.

I can login there, but when I click on Applications or any other link in the Mobile Services admin cockpit, I get errors as per attached.

 

Does anyone have any idea how to remedy this?

 

The JS error is:

HTTP Status 500 - Request processing failed; nested exception is java.lang.RuntimeException: org.apache.cxf.interceptor.Fault: No data source found for tenant 00809ee2a3ab4118aff52fd1e9279605 / a7631820d
