Hi,
today around 8am (Central European Time) I tried as usually to connect to my SAP HANA Developer trial account and re-started my HANA MDC database. Teh starting process was apparently successful, but when I clicked on the usual URL to reach the HANA Cockpit, this is the message I got:
Service Unavailable
No server is available to handle this request, or the application ***************trial.hanatrial.ondemand.com is temporarily down for maintenance. Excuse us for the inconvenience.
What worries me is that at 11:45PM this is still the status. An e-mail to support.emea@sap.com invited me to post it in here.
By the way, I'm following an omline course on openSAP so badly need access to a database to test assignments.
I also tried to create a brand new trial developer account, but when I tried to create a new HANA MDC database the on-screen message said "FAILED TO CREATE".
Any idea what is going on?
Do you experience similar (very very long) downtimes?
