HCP SDK local console client - "neo command not found" error

Hi,

I am using a local HCP SDK console client.

I am inside the following folder: "/Users/xxxxxxxxx/Tools/neo-javaee6-wp-sdk-2.86.4/tools"

The contents of this folder are:      lib     neo.bat     neo.sh     readme.txt     samples

However, when I run "neo" command on the console, I get the following error:

"-bash: neo: command not found"

What could be the reason?
