Cloud connector page http://localhost:8443/ is coming blank

Hi Experts,

I am trying to access newly installed(on windows64) cloud  connector using http://localhost:8443/ but my page is coming as blank. It doesnot even give any error about not found. Looking for suggestions and help here.
