Could not start application [No Content (204)]

Hi,

I deployed the standard sample app "hello-world" to the cloud from eclipse. Its not a TRIAL version.  But I keep getting the error ... could not start  ... no content

Am I doing something wrong?

I researched on the net and I saw others with same issue but that was a Hana Trail version and there was a problem at that time with the cloud itself.
