Error when creating application in trial account

Hi,

I've created several applications today in my trial account. I also deleted them. Right now my trial account is "empty".

When I create a new server in Eclipse, it fails with

"Cannot create application 'appname' in account 's0009999999trial'

Reason: Deploy failed. Cannot create service instance

[GUID-----] of service [persistence]!"

The application is shown in the trial account, but when I try to deploy my application again, it fails with the same error.

So it seems right my my trial account is defunct. What can I do to resolve this?
